Why a webshop? 

We noted that it is not always easy for professionals and entrepreneurs to find an online provider of wood products. The few offerings that exist often also have some problems: 

• A limited or non-transparent assortment; 
• online orders are not possible, you can only view products; 
• no response to contact forms;
• ... 

In our opinion, there was certainly room for improvement. Because if you want to buy wood online, you want a clear product overview, a simple ordering process and contact options when necessary. That's why we decided to convert our expertise in the wood sector into a webshop for professionals.

As a professional, you only have a limited amount of time. That's why it's very important to find your way around the webshop quickly. We have mapped all pages and products and have cast them in a clear navigation structure. Everything was given a clear name, both the pages and the categories, so you can easily find the product you're looking for. 

Large product catalog 

At the online wood shops, you will often just find a limited online offer. Or either get a long list with all available lengths or widths or a very specific product list, often even on request. 

To make things easier for you, Noble Timber offers a handy overview of all its products. You start from the wood species you're looking for or from a product category. For each product type, you will see all available profiles and dimensions. On the overview you can refine the selection by means of clear filters: 

• wood species; 
• profile; 
• fixation;
• availability. 

Do you want to know how much it will cost you? After a quick registration, you can view all prices. 

Fixed or variable lengths

You, as a customer, have the choice between fixed or variable lengths for many of our products. On the product page, you will be able to choose a variable length at the top. The boards in your package will all have a length between the specified minimum and maximum. Moreover, you will also get an automatic surface area calculation.

Ordering in variable lengths will usually end up in a price advantage, comparing to an order in fixed lengths. Are you looking for boards with a fixed length, so you know exactly how long each board will be? Then all you have to do is scroll down the page.

Easy and fast ordering

Because we know you don't have much time, we have made the ordering process as easy as possible. In just three steps you can complete your shopping cart. The delivery of your products takes place within 5 working days. Our team will let you know when your order leaves our warehouse.

Payment options

How you want to pay, you decide for yourself. There is a broad choice of payment options available in our webshop, so you don't have to waste any time if you just can't find the card you're looking for.

• Payment by bank transfer: Your order is reserved for max. 7 working days. We ship immediately after receiving your payment.
• Payment by credit: If you can pay with credit, you will get the invoice afterwards. In order to be able to pay on credit, you need to submit a request. Once this is accepted, you can use this function.

Client account

To make things even easier for you, you also have your own customer portal. There you will find an overview of all your orders, but also some other important functions.

Through your personal wish list, you can collect products that you often need or would like to order in the future, in one place. In this way, you can order via the list and you do not have to consult the product in the catalogue.

Have you lost the invoice of your order or do you need a double? In your account, you can download all invoices. 

You were satisfied with your order and would like to make the same order. Then you do not have to add all the products to your basket again. Via the re-order function, you can put them all in the basket with one click. 

If you like to have your orders delivered to different locations, you can also make it easy for yourself. You can save multiple delivery addresses with your personal data so that you only have to choose the correct address during checkout.
